1. IQ – Installation Qualification

  • In this qualification step the completeness of the delivery as well as the basic operational readiness will be checked.
  • It also documents all important specifications and parameters prescribed by the manufacturer, whether the safety regulations have been met, and which persons have been instructed in the basic functions of the appliance and its operation.
  • Checking the type label
  • Data of the electrical safety test are filled in from the manufacturer
  • Calibrations values are filled in by the manufacturer
  • Checking the package as well as checking the appliance for damage
  • Verification of the complete delivery of the documents and accessories
  • Checking the Environmental conditions
  • Checking the connections according to manufacturer’s specifications
  • Installation of the AtmoCONTROL software (if applicable)
  • Recording of missing or defective parts (if applicable)
  • Instruction of the operating personnel on the appliance
  • Release for the next qualification level

2. OQ – Operation Qualification

  • The OQ steps serves to ensure the main function, process relevant and alarm relevant readiness of the appliance.
  • Included is one distribution measurement (all parameters of the appliance) according to DIN 12880:2007-05
    Alternatively, you can also use a simplified 9-point measurement according to the manufacturer’s specifications. (Differences and prices on request)
  • Checking of the display elements
  • Checking the USB-Port
  • Checking the temperature control/ humidity control/ CO2 control/ pressure control
  • Checking the alarm-safety-functions
  • Temperature distribution measurement, according to DIN 12880:2007-05
    Or simplified 9-point measurement (Based on the DIN norm).
  • Recording the spatial temperature deviation
  • Recording the temporal temperature fluctuations
  • Compliance with the limits
  • Release for the next qualification level

3. PQ – Process Qualification

  • Hereby your process will be validated. During PQ, the appliance is loaded according to the customer’s process description (also the positioning of the sensors). At the end, you receive a detailed measurement evaluation and customized process instruction.
  • The PQ depends on the loading of the appliance and must be conducted on site with the loading material.
  • The PQ is process-related and is performed according to defined process specifications.
  • The following is documented along with the test object:
  • All quality- or process-relevant control functions
  • All quality- or process-relevant measuring value and all results
  • The PQ should be successfully completed three times in a row.
  • Successful means that all limit values are compiled at all times during the testing process.
  • The time needed to complete the PQ process is unpredictable and can range from a few days to several months
